Tungsten Disc

We supply tungsten discs, washers, and squares for power semiconductors.
Tungsten discs & squares are widely used as contact materials in silicon-controlled rectifiers diodes, transistors, and thyristors (GTO’S), they are only involved in specialist applications. Otherwise, molybdenum is the first choice mounting material for power semiconductor devices due to its significantly lower cost and weight.
Tungsten discs and squares are cut from tungsten sheets and plates by saw or EDM cutting, they can also be punched. We also offer various grades of tungsten heavy alloy discs and square per request

Tungsten alloy materials: W-NiFe Alloy (90W-97W), W-NiCu Alloy (90W-97W), Tungsten Lanthanum Alloy, Tungsten Alloy Targets, Tungsten Rhenium Alloy.

Dimensions for Pure W metal and alloy disc:

Tungsten with a larger thickness will be named a tungsten cylinder, we can also provide a cylinder per request.

Tungsten and tungsten alloy disc packaging
Tungsten discs are labeled on the outside to ensure effective identification and quality control. We will take extra care to avoid any damage during storage or transportation. They will be packed in cartons or wooden boxes and supported by soft materials to ensure that the packaged products will not move inside the box.
