The size limits of rolled products are mutually restricted. The width and length of products with different thicknesses, especially the width, have different limits.

Sintered and pure molten grades of tantalum have the following common properties:
-Melting point up to 2996 °C
-Good cold ductility
-Recrystallization between 800 °C and 1200 °C (depending on the degree of deformation and purity)
-Excellent resistance to aqueous solutions and metal melts
-Superconductivity
-High biocompatibility
