We provide semi-finished and customized parts of Niobium alloys.

Nickel-niobium (NiNb) alloys avoid the problems associated with niobium’s high melting point.
Nickel-niobium, or NiNb, is used in the production of specialty steels, stainless steels, and superalloys for solid solution strengthening, precipitation hardening, deoxidation, desulfurization, and many other processes.
NiNb 65% master alloy is primarily used in the production of specialty nickel steels and nickel-based superalloys. Nb improves the mechanical properties, creep resistance, and weldability of steels and superalloys.
The large difference in melting points between niobium and base metals makes it difficult to add pure niobium to the molten pool. In contrast, NiNb dissolves very easily because its melting temperature is close to or below standard operating temperatures.
This master alloy is also used to add niobium to copper-nickel alloys to improve mechanical properties in cryogenic applications. NiNb is used to improve the mechanical properties of nickel-based steels, CuNi alloys, and superalloys.
